What is a Partner CEO?

A Partner CEO is a seasoned business veteran who works with you side-by-side — not just giving advice, but helping you implement, stay focused, and move forward.
We bring structure, experience, and motivational support to help you stop spinning your wheels and start building momentum.

Do you offer funding?

Yes — we offer Breakout Capital, a seed funding option available to select entrepreneurs who complete our application process.

If accepted into the Academy or a custom package, we’ll determine how much Breakout Capital you qualify for. Once you complete the program and meet with your Partner CEO to confirm your fundamentals are solid, your approved funds are released.

We also support clients in pursuing additional funding once your business is more established. This includes:

Working capital
Business or equipment financing
SBA loans
Real estate or acquisition capital
Investor prep and packaging

Is this a course or a consulting service?

It can be either — or both.
The BizNinja Academy is a self-paced, results-focused training program with 90 days of Partner CEO support.
The CEO Partner Package is a direct, hands-on consulting relationship with personalized strategies, tools, and support based on your current stage of business.

How is this different from hiring a business coach?

This isn’t generic advice or mindset-only coaching.

Pricing is based on your business and the package you choose.
The Academy has a flat fee if you're accepted, and custom services are scoped based on needs.
We keep pricing transparent — and work hard to deliver maximum value for every dollar invested.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
That said, we’re happy to answer all your questions upfront to make sure this is the right fit for you before you commit.

Will I work with the same person the whole time?

Yes. Once you're matched with a Partner CEO, they’ll stay with you throughout your engagement to ensure consistency, accountability, and momentum.

That said — we know chemistry matters. If at any point you feel like you’re not aligning with your Partner CEO’s style or approach, you can absolutely request a change.
Our goal is to match you with someone who understands your business and motivates you to win — not just check boxes.
